Founded
In 2002, Orbit Engineers embarked on a remarkable journey as a valve trading company, establishing themselves as authorized distributors of valves for various sectors, including OIL and GAS, Pharma, Petrochemical, and water industries. Their commitment to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service would pave the way for their ascent in the valve industry.
2002-2007
The Early Years
During their initial years, Orbit Engineers diligently built a reputation in the retail sector. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and unwavering commitment to quality allowed them to become a trusted partner in the valve distribution industry. This success provided them with the confidence to expand their horizons and venture into project work with renowned EPC contractors such as L&T, BHEL, JSW, NTPC, and many others. To better facilitate their project operations, Orbit Engineers moved their corporate office to Sakar 4, Ashram Road.
2019
Expansion and Manufacturing
By 2019, Orbit Engineers had solidified their reputation as a leading brand in the valve industry. To meet the increasing demand for their products and maintain their commitment to quality, they established a manufacturing unit in Narol. Equipped with three lathes, two drilling machines, and one hydro-testing machine, this facility enabled them to control the entire production process, ensuring the highest levels of quality and precision. Additionally, they secured approvals from various government water and sanitary departments across India, further validating their commitment to excellence.
2021
Commitment to Quality and Sustainability
In 2021, Orbit Engineers achieved a significant milestone by becoming an ISO-certified company. Their commitment to quality and sustainability was exemplified by obtaining three distinct ISO certifications: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018. These certifications underscored their dedication to maintaining the highest standards in product quality, environmental responsibility, and occupational health and safety.
2022
PAN India Recognition
The year 2022 marked a momentous achievement for Orbit Engineers as they proudly obtained the ISI certificate for their valves. This recognition catapulted them into the national spotlight, making them a household name throughout India. Their products were now synonymous with quality, reliability, and compliance with stringent industry standards. As a full-line valve manufacturer, Orbit Engineers supplied a wide range of Conventional and Automatic Control Valves and Appurtenances, catering to diverse industries.
